Decisions made by the Assembly government on school reorganisations are too slow, according to Education Minister Leighton Andrews. Mr Andrews said that the system needs to be looked at to reduce uncertainty for schools. His comments came as figures obtained by the Liberal Democrats showed the past 10 ministerial decisions on reorganisations were issued an average of 32 weeks after proposals were published.
