The students’ charity Uniaid has launched an online finance learning aid called All About U to help 16 to 19-year-olds prepare for university. On the site, students can experience a virtual year at university where they make choices in a range a situations illustrating the responsibilities they are likely to face when they get there. The site teaches them how to balance their time, money, academic goals and social lives in a virtual world before they encounter these challenges for real.
The programme can be played individually or be incorporated into workshops.
