A deputy head has won a pound;200,000 out-of-court settlement over claims she was bullied by governors. Diane Bradford, 48, accepted the payout from Our Lady of Assumption RC primary, Coventry, before her personal injury claim was due to be heard at the High Court. She was suspended in August 1999, with her headteacher, over a dispute with governors. Both were reinstated days later but neither returned to work due to stress.
