If you can get used to squinting at images the size of a large postage stamp, this is a great site for sampling the work of a new generation of film-makers who are using low-cost or (virtually) no-cost Internet tools to create experimental movies.
Go to the area called “New Venue” to see weird and wonderful examples of this increasingly popular art form. You might even catch the early work of a new Hitchcock or Spielberg.
Apart from providing a showcase for digital film-makers, the site aims “to inspire and instruct our audience to create digital film themselves”.
