TEACHERS at the school chosen by Tony Blair and David Blunkett to launch the Green Paper on teaching last week have condemned plans for performance-related pay as “extremely divisive”. Thirty staff at Chiswick Community School, west London, signed a letter to the Guardian urging a rethink of the “retrogressive proposals”.
