Do-it-yourself certificates

Since the handing out of certificates is about making children feel special, it’s a good idea to keep a variety to hand. You can use these websites to create and print customised certificates when you need them. They’re a useful resource for teaching assistants and support teachers, and children can design and print certificates for staff and each other, too. Make sure you’re using a colour printe.

l www.teachnow.com insists that you register first, then you can customise your own award certificates.

* www.lightspan.com uses the maker software, but you don’t have to register.

* www.certificatecreator.com and www.successcertificates. com both have a series of ready-made certificates to choose from.
