Does TES still see headship as a man’s world?

It wasn’t quite 1 April, but lots of us will have spotted the deliberate mistake in TES Magazine on 25 March. An interesting story on women in teaching over the last century (“A force to be reckoned with”), then an interesting choice of graphic for the story on headteacher vacancies - a bar chart illustrating school leaders with a male silhouette!
