History is clearly repeating itself as Michael Gove attempts to ram ahead with reforms (“Academies reform to be rushed through”, July 16). The precedent was set by the Dangerous Dogs Act in 1991. Almost 20 years later, we have the Dangerous Dogmatics Act.
