DRUG-TAKING among well- educated teenagers from middle-class families is now the fastest growing area of the illegal substance market, warned the Government’s anti-dugs co-ordinator, Keith Hellawell. High-flying, ambitious youngsters destined for universities become involved through the dance and club scenes, he said.
