Drum up participation

London primary schools should consider downloading free instrumental lessons in the autumn term. The London Grid for Learning has joined forces with Gigajam, providers of musical tuition software, to develop a scheme for primary pupils to learn keyboards and drums. The lessons will be available as whole-class activities on interactive whiteboards or for children to work on independently. Participants can watch "how-to" videos and play along with backing tracks.
