A bumper box of Dubble fair-trade chocolate bars is a great way to reward your class - as 7KR at Priestlands school in Lymington, Hampshire, is about to find out. Teacher Kathryn Rees admits she’s a chocaholic and did think “about locking myself in the storeroom and eating them myself”. But 7KR is far more worthy. “They’ve been with me since January to improve their literacy skills, all reluctant. We have met the challenge and kept to the task.” She says these “wonderful children” are now reading at home by choice.

Tell us why your class deserves a big box of Dubble bars - the most convincing answer wins. Email: friday@tes.co.uk.

Friday magazine returns next week.
