A programme supporting environmentally-friendly schools in Wales will get an extra pound;250,000 over two years from the Assembly government. The cash will enhance the eco-schools' website and support an annual competition. Around 1,300 Welsh schools are involved in the scheme, run by Keep Wales Tidy.
