EDUCATION ranks as the fifth biggest area of worry for young people after bullying, racism, drugs and crime, according to a survey by the British Youth Council. Of the 250 teenagers questioned, 69 per cent highlighted education as an issue that needed to be dealt with to stop disadvantage among young people. The Community Fund, which distributes National Lottery funding, commissioned the study for a Birmingham conference yesterday on social inclusion.
