Punctuation panda

Andrew Brodie’s new Improving Punctuation series provides ready-to-use classroom resources to help pupils tell a comma from a full stop.

What is it?

Each book contains a series of worksheets divided by prompts, for example: “Remember to use a capital letter at the start of each person’s name.” A cheery cartoon panda introduces each target. Worksheets are divided into cat, dog and rabbit-themed tasks. Each animal represents a level: easy, on-level or advanced. A CD-ROM is included with PDFs of the worksheets.

Who is it for?

There are four books: one for children aged 5-7, one for 7-8s, one for 9-10s and another for 10-11s.
