Schoolchildren, parents and colleagues are being asked to nominate teachers with original approaches to environmental education for the 1996 Tetra Pak Award for Environmental Teaching in Primary Schools. First prize is Pounds 1,500 to be divided equally between the teacher and school, an expenses-paid trip to Sweden to see the Tetra Pak factory and forests, and Pounds 1,000 for a local environmental project chosen by the winner.
