CITIZENSHIP PROJECT Last November, primary and secondary pupils put their concerns to MPs - who included Martin Bell and Paddy Ashdown - in 11 constituencies. This year, to celebrate Universal Child Rights Day, a week of children’s constituency surgeries will be organised by UNICEF, supported by the National Union of Teachers.
