Some schools are different, there's no doubt about it. Take Arinagour primary on the Inner Hebridean island of Coll, recently inspected by HMI.

The questionnaire returns on improvements parents would like to see includes "the concrete surface of the playground and improved fencing to prevent sheep from entering the children's play area".

Which national priority does that fit under, we wonder?
