Exam 'health warning'

GCSE and A-levels results could carry a cigarette packet-style "health warning" telling prospective universities and employers that they are not entirely accurate, heads of exam boards have said. The suggestion was made in a report by Ofqual, published last week, as part of its two-year research into the reliability of assessment results.
