Public services in Wales are to be reviewed by a panel of experts including a former vice-chancellor of Glamorgan university. Sir Adrian Webb will be working with Sir Jeremy Beecham, vice-chair of the Local Government Association in England, and Dame Gillian Morgan, chief executive of the NHS Confederation.
