The Japan Festival Education Trust, which grew from the Japan Festival 1991, organises geography in-service training days across the country and produces teaching re-sources. These include Japan: a Geography Resource Pack for Secondary Schools for key stage 34, Pounds 3 pp; a primary resource pack; encylopedias and video resource packs of the BBC geography programme, Japan 2000, and Channel 4 Eureka: Discovering Japan. A team of volunteers is on hand to visit primary (and some secondary) schools in London.
