Marks Spencer and nine other textile and clothing companies have updated their sponsored placement scheme for students on clothing or textile technology courses at six universities. They spend their third year on paid work experience with sponsors and receive a Pounds 500 bursary, and Pounds 1, 500 during the fourth year.
