A fair-trade feast for your class

Jean Beer, head of maths at Lockleaze school in Bristol, wins this week’s box of Dubble fair-trade chocolate bars for pupils. The school is due to close on July 16, and Jean says the 50 Year 9s who are left could do with a treat. “It’s obviously very weird for them, but they stay happy and don’t complain.” She wishes them all good luck in their move to new schools from September. We hope winning the bumper box of Dubble bars keeps their spirits up.

If your class deserves a treat, email friday@tes.co.uk to tell us why, giving the name of your school. Mark your message Dubble offer. For information on fair trade, and details of how to become a Dubble Agent: www.dubble.co.uk.
