Fe Chatter: Toyoko 2021, Worldskills & Holidays

In the week England’s “pingdemic” dominated the headlines and much of the country felt the summer heat, FE twitter was full of colleges shouting about student success.

Exeter College sent their best wishes to former student Ollie Payne as he headed for the Tokyo olympics, while Derby College showed off stunning displays from their floristry students.

Meanwhile, at East Coast College, Murphy the dog made himself at home, and skills and apprenticeships minister Gillian Keegan took part in a webinar on careers with Youth Employment UK.
