Inmates at Feltham young offenders’ institution in west London have invited schools to submit material for the temporary radio station Feltham FM. The station will broadcast on 87.7FM between February 17 and March 16. As well as providing airtime for student productions, Feltham FM will offer free advertising time to local schools and organisations.
