Film Education has teamed up with Devon Curriculum Services to host a four-day residential conference on Critical Practice, Creative Process and Cultural Perspective at the University of Sussex on July 13-17.

The CP3 conference will explore the moving image in the digital age and in particular digital video in the classroom. It is not restricted to any one subject or based on a particular exam specification, but aims to contribute to the debate on educational policy and practice.

Teachers, practitioners working in a school context, cultural co-ordinators and education officers with links to English, art, the media and ICT are invited to attend.

Workshops will cover sound, design and stories, art and ICT, animation and transforming a text.
