Following previous successful Foodlink schools poster competitions, the Food and Drink Federation are organising another. Posters have to illustrate safety tips and must be submitted before April 30. Winners will receive pound;100 each for themselves and pound;500 for their schools to spend on food technology equipment. The winning posters will be widely used in promoting National Food Safety Week (June 10-16) and will be featured on the Foodlink website (www.foodlink. org.uk).
