The Forward book of poetry is an annual snapshot of the best poems published over the past year: those shortlisted and highly commended for the Forward Poetry Prizes, presented every National Poetry Day. Paul Farley, one of the judges of the Foyle Young Poets of the Year Award (see page 33), is among more than 50 poets represented this year.
