FOUR pupils have been forced to leave a top public school after an investigation into cannabis.

The three girls and one boy, aged 17 and 18, were removed by their parents at the request of the head of te pound;12,000-a-year Uppingham School in Rutland.

Headteacher Dr Stephen Winkley said: “It is always sad when these things happen, but young people have to learn that actions have consequences.”
