Four-year-olds get gun tips

Schools in the American state of Maryland are considering teaching gun safety. Maryland plans to include the subject in its health classes, following a one-year pilot. Police explained gun safety to children as young as four. Older pupils watched more gaphic presentations focusing on the dangers of guns. The state legislature will decide this month whether to make the topic compulsory in school. Other states including California, Texas, and Montana have also expressed interest in the idea.
