Most GCSE and A-level texts, together with study guides to all major texts, are available online at www.bibliomania.com The site also includes author biographies, reference books, a search engine and homeworkrevision help at ask@bibliomania.com Next academic year eight schools will win prizes of free study days on a Shakespeare play of their choice, to be held at the Globe Theatre for GCSE and A-level classes. Entry rules can be found under “Teacher Resources” in the study section of the site.

The Film Education charity produces numerous free resources. These include:

“Primary Film and Shakespeare” (ctivity pack); “Finding Forrester” (GCSE and A-level English pack supporting the film about a street-wise black teenager and a Pulitzer Prize-winning novelist); “Screenplay Study Guide” for GCSE and AAS level English students; “Titus Study Guide” for A-level English students; “Tom’s Midnight Garden Study Guide” (for key stage 2 pupils) and “The Grinch” and “Thomas and the Magic Railroad“study guides for primary pupils.
