Ofsted’s latest email newsletter includes the following message: “The new inspections are on their way but are you prepared?”
The email then suggests recipients “Don’t panic”, before instructing them to download leaflets about the new inspection arrangements from Ofsted.gov.uk.
This reminds us of The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, which had “Don’t panic” emblazoned in “large friendly letters” on its cover. Now if only someone could make inspections seem friendlier...
