CHILDREN are being banned from door-to-door fundraising by the new Tory government in the New Brunswick province of Canada. Premier Bernard Lord said it was inappropriate and possibly dangerous. The Canadian School Boards Association says children selling chocolate bars and wrapping paper have raised tens of millions of dollars.
