With all the fuss over whether teachers will boycott key stage 2 Sats, I wonder why no one is raising concerns about the KS3 tests (“Union may reconsider proposed Sats boycott”, April 10). Yes, I know they have officially been abolished - but most secondary schools are still planning to hold them this year, only they are now being marked internally. This results in more work for teachers and a huge saving in cost for the Government. So maybe we should boycott KS3 Sats, too?
