It follows the fortunes of a group of bright, sixth form boys in pursuit of sex, sport and a place at Oxbridge.
Their loyalties to eccentric English teacher (Richard Griffiths) and prim history mistress (Frances de la Tour) are torn when a young supply teacher is recruited to improve their grades.
Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment and The TES Magazine have joined forces to mark the DVD release and five lucky readers have the chance to win a great History Boys prize - a pair of tickets (worth pound;90) to see the National Theatre’s hit production at the Wyndham’s Theatre in London, plus a copy of the DVD (worth pound;19.99) and soundtrack CD (worth Pounds 10.99).
The theatre tickets are valid for Monday to Thursday performances until the end of March, subject to availability.
