To help introduce European topics into geography, citizenship and music lessons, there are two new online games. The Memory Game is a grid of flags (two for each country) and you have to pick matching pairs.
On completion, clicking on a flag reveals information about its origins.
For Europe in Harmony, pupils choose which national anthem they want to be tested on. A demo of each phrase is played on a keyboard, notes appearing on a stave with the keys highlighted. The user then plays it back. The European anthem (from Beethoven’s Choral Symphony) is also included. To play these and other games you need to be register, but membership is free.
