Universities, education authorities, FE colleges and private agencies will help deliver the programme, organised into partnerships. Each partnership must involve a university as the CT is a postgraduate award. All levels and awards will be ratified by the GTC.
All teachers must take module one, a combination of reviewing their own professional development to date and mapping out a programme for professional development over the next five or six years and relating these to the concept of the CT standard.
