Active learning

War dance routines are among the ways pupils can learn in new workshops at the revamped National Museum of Scotland.

Programmes for primary and secondary schools cover subjects from history and culture to science.

The museum is also showing an exhibition about Admiral Lord Cochrane, the inspiration behind the film Master and Commander.
