The Scottish Golf Union is helping to develop a curriculum package for primary schools in response to the Executive’s drive to have every nine-year-old playing golf by 2009.
A Highland Club development officer, former Golspie High teacher Willie McKay, was appointed last month and another five development officers will be in place soon.
