How can someone get away with making all schools judged as “outstanding” into academies, establishments which operate as independent schools but are paid for by taxpayers’ money?
How can that person be allowed to peddle personal ideology gleaned from patchy bits of evidence about educational structures from other countries? It is all very well to use borrowed school structures, but where is the vision that binds these new education bills?
There is only one hope left for the next generation of children. That 10 per cent of the constituents in Surrey Heath sign the petition to deselect their MP, Michael Gove, when the new Parliamentary Reform Bill becomes enacted.
