The design for a Pounds 70 million town centre development for Rotherham College of Art and Technology has been approved by planners. Work on the building, designed by Bond Bryan Architects, will be in two phases and is due to start in June. The building will include a ventilation system with heat recovery, use rainwater for some functions and be equipped with solar panels. The project will be completed in 2013.
