Pupils from St John’s CEC Primary School in Rowlands Castle, Hampshire, took part in a special edition of television programme Dragons’ Den.

They were asked to design and make a product using only recycled materials. The programme is to be screened on the children’s channel CBBC.

The picture shows Bethany Potts, in Year 4, who created a boot for judging by a panel of business experts. Pupils were given the task as their homework project for one half-term. dm.
