Hard cheese in Cheshire

A teacher at an 1116 high school in Cheshire has spelled out to his MP the effects of a deficit of nearly Pounds 17,000 in the last financial year.

"This was not a casual overspend, nor due to carelessness, but the consequence of severe financial constraints on the school's budget.
