A RETIRED primary head has left pound;3.8 million to benefit pupils in her will.

Doreen Affleck, who died aged 89, inherited a fortune from her father’s chemist business. The rust fund left by the former head of Sutton Benger school in Chippenham, Wiltshire, will generate more than pound;100,000 a year for scholarships, grants and equipment.
