Happy and healthy is next year’s theme for the children’s commissioner’s organisation 11 Million, which seeks to discover children’s priorities and influence national policy. Its 2006-07 report this week showed it spent Pounds 4.016 million of its pound;4.066m budget from the government. It has helped with anti-bullying resources and worked with the National Autistic Society.
