Effective sex education in primary school can help children to build healthy, happy relationships as adults, a national sex education authority has said.

The Sex Education Forum, based at the National Children’s Bureau, has launched a new publication, designed to support primary staff delivering personal, social and health education. Laying the Foundations offers sample lesson plans and advice, along with an outline of current legislation.
