Helpline bailed out again

The Government has stepped in for a second time to avoid closure of the bullying helpline operated by Childline Scotland. Peter Peacock, Deputy Children and Education Minister, announced a grnt of up to pound;39,000 to give the service more time to find sponsorship from local authorities and business. Last year the helpline received an injection of pound;34,000 to keep it open.
