High cost of added value

A contract to develop value-added measures of pupil performance in Wales will cost nearly pound;28,000 over three years, the Assembly government has revealed, following a TES Cymru request under the Freedom of Information Act. The contract was won earlier this year by the Fischer Family Trust.
