A THIRD of 11 to 16-year-olds have been victims of crime, a MORI survey for the Youth Justice Board suggests.

The victims said they had been threatened or had something

stolen and 11 per cent of the 3,000 suveyed said they had been physically attacked. Of 132 children excluded from school 73 per cent said they had committed a crime the previous year. The same percentage of regular attenders said they had not.
