Church watchers may have missed the fact that there are currently three headteacher jobs on the go in the denominational sector, as they say.
Besides St Ninian’s High in Eastwood and Holyrood Secondary in Glasgow, there is the new amalgamated Catholic secondary in Coatbridge to play for.
“Three in a row,” as one aspiring candidate for all three put it. “I never thought I would be applying for the Holy Trinity.”
