DUE to an error in last week’s Hot Data column, a graph comparing the performance of shares in education and training companies and the FTSE All Share Index, was wrongly labelled. It should have demonstrated that the education and training index (shown with a black line), compiled by Capital Strategies, a London corporate finance house, has consistently outperformed the FTSE index (shown in red).
